技藝競賽選手的認知型態、自我決定與教師專業表現對其競賽成績之影響

摘要


本研究旨在探究全國工科技藝競賽選手在認知型態、自我決定與教師專業表現對其競賽成績之影響。 本研究係以全國高級中等學校100學年度工科技藝競賽選手為調查對象,採問卷調查法,共計發放342份問卷進行調查,有效問卷315份(92.1%)。 本研究結果發現: ㄧ、競賽選手證照數量多寡與獲獎情形對教師專業表現與自我決定具有顯著差異。 二、選手認知型態中屬於分析型選手無論在對於教師專業表現上的肯定與自我決定皆優於直覺型選手。 三、選手證照數的多寡與不同認知型態對於競賽成績與獲獎機率具有顯著差異。 四、選手競賽成績同時受到教師專業表現與自我決定的影響,其中又以教師專業表現高於自我決定能力。 五、選手自我決定對教師專業表現與競賽成績之影響具有中介效果。   依據本研究所獲致之準確性和實用性之結果,可提供培訓全國工科 技藝競賽選手之培訓教師在課程上專業的表現及選手們在訓練過程方面之參考。 關鍵詞:工科技藝競賽、教師專業表現、認知型態、自我決定、競賽成績

This study aimed to explore the national senior high school industrial skill arts students’ competition at influence of the styles of competitors’ cognition, the state of self-decision, as well as the teacher’s professional performance to the result of competition.   This study was designed as a quantitative research by adapting the research method of questionnaire survey. the national senior high school industrial skill arts students were selected as investigated samplings. Data collected from a total 315 respondents were seat and considered as valid, which the race of return is 92.1%, was analyzed by SPSS12.0 for window.   The results of the study are as the followings: (1) The qualities of the certificate of contestants and the winning have influence on teachers’ professional performance and self-decision. (2) Among the cogniation style of contestants, the analytical contestants are better than intuitional contestants. (3) Between the qualities of the certificate of contestants and different cognation style have positive influence on the rate of winning. (4) The contest performance of contestants is effected on teachers’ professional performance and self-decision, especially, teachers’ professional performance are better than the ability of self-decision (5) Contestants’ self-decision has mediation on teachers’ professional performance and contest performance of contestants.   According to research results, specific recommendations will be given to national high schools teachers about the training the engineering course , competitors .
