The Effect of Coach-Athlete Matching of Goal Orientation on Badminton Athlete's Intrinsic Motivation

摘要

本研究主要目的在探討：一、不同目標取向適配性選手在內在動機之差異；二、不同目標取向選手在內在動機之差異。本研究以國內16-22歲男子羽球選手283名，教練25名為對象。所使用的工具包括「運動目標取向量表」、「教練目標取向量表」及「內在動機量表」等，以單因子變異數分析進行資料處理，所得結果：完全適配組、部分適配組及完全不適配組三種不同適配性之選手在內在動機方面有差異存在。而不同目標取向之各組選手在內在動機之差異也有顯著差異存在。

The purposes of this study were 1. to investigate the difference of athletes with different matching on intrinsic motivation, 2. to compare the difference of athletes with different goal orientation on intrinsic motivation. Subjects of this study were 283 badminton players aged from 16-22 and 25 coaches. All subjects completed ”Task and Ego Orientation in Sport Questionnaire”, ”Coach's Goal Orientation Inventory” and ”intrinsic motivation Inventory”. The collected data were analyzed by ANOVA. The findings were as follows: There are significant differences on intrinsic motivation among athletes of totally matching, partial matching and totally not-matching. Another the significant differences of intrinsic motivation were found among athletes with different goal orientation in group totally matching, partial matching and totally not-matching
