The purpose of this study was to compare to Dynamic Visual Acuity between elite female volleyball players and college students in department related to physical education. 24 subjects participated voluntarily this study. 12 elite players are members female volleyball team of Taipei Physical Education College; and 12 college female students without sports team are students of department of leisure management. All subjects measured DVA-Right, DVA-Left, DVA-Down, and DVA-Up by using ATHLEVISION software, respectively. Kruskal-Wallis independent sample test was used to statistic all data. The results of this study was shown that there is no significant difference between elite female volleyball players and female college students in DVA-Right, DVA-Left, DVA-Down, DVA-Up, DVA-vertical, DVA-horizon, and DVA (p>.05). This study not only reflected characteristic of dynamic visual acuity in elite female volleyball players, but also showed the familiar visual level between college students with different kinds of sports experience and volleyball players. The finding suggested that DVA could be a considered parameter in PE class and volleyball training.
