Objective: Design an individual exercise plan according to their lifestyle for three middle-aged women with Type 2 diabetes to increase the knowledge of exercise at least 50% than original basis and develop regular exercise habits. The goal was to increase their frequency of physical exercises from once per week to at least three times per week at the end of their 3-montlts' participation in this study. Method By not changing dosages of diabetes medications and nutritional absorption, through health promotion, encouragement (include clients and their supporting system) and schedule set up to assist them. During the process, we did an interview and a telephone call on average, once per week to assess the effectiveness subsequently adjust the plan Results: A repeated-measures indicated that all three participants were able to increase the knowledge of exercise at least 60% than original basis and maintain physical activity at least three times per week Furthermore, the frequency of physical exercises has since been regular. All of them had confidence to maintain the exercise habits and self management.
