照顧一位乳癌復發病患之護理經驗

本文是敘述一位於門診化療注射室進行化學治療的乳癌復發轉移病人之護理經驗。護理期間為2011/3/23～2011/5/25，依生理、心理、靈性、社會四層面，藉由觀察、身體評估、會談及電訪等方式蒐集資料，確立個案護理問題為口腔黏膜改變／與化學治療藥物副作用有關及焦慮／與疾病的不確定感有關，以Watson關懷理論應用於護理過程，解決個案口腔黏膜破損疼痛問題、降低不確定感造成的焦慮，最後能夠接受疾病和治療所造成之影響，達到增進心靈安適的狀態。也藉由此護理經驗，期望能提供護理人員面對癌症復發病人時，能幫助病人因應疾病之困擾而達到身心平安及生活品質之提昇。

This article describes the nursing experience in outpatient chemotherapy injection room for chemical treatment of breast cancer recurrence of patients with metastatic disease. Care during 2011/3/23 to 2011/5/25 through observation according to four levels of physical, psychological, spiritual, social, physical assessment, talks and telephone interviews, etc. to collect data, establish case care for the oral mucosa changes / side effects of chemotherapy drugs and anxiety / uncertainty of the disease is related to the Watson Caring Theory applied to the nursing process to resolve the cases of oral mucosa, pain problems, and reduce the anxiety caused by the uncertainty, and finally be able to accept the disease and treatment caused by the impact, and to promote spiritual well - being of the state. By this nursing experience in hope of providing nurses to face a recurrence of cancer patients can help patients in response to the distress of the disease and to physical and mental peace and quality of life improvement.
