澳門某護院學生參與遺體護理經驗之淺析

The Experiences of Last Offices for Deceased by Nursing Students in Macau

摘要


研究目的:本研究述護理學生在臨床學習中給予死亡病人遺體護理的經驗,以提供護理教師相關資料設計科目內容及予臨床護士提供護理學生所需的指導。研究方法:本研究以Husserl現象學為基礎,採用深度半結構、一對一訪談方法收集資料,再以Colaizzi方法事分析。研究結果:訪談13位學生後資料飽和。學生經驗分析得出5個主題及11個範疇。主題:專業實踐、尊重死者、多種心情、知識缺乏、人生啟發。結論:在遺體護理過程,學生正向而對死者,當中“分享”是一重要教學策略。但學生提到未能給予死者家屬護理,亦得不到相關的支持與指導;建議護理教學內容中增加相關內容,同時,醫院應給予臨床護理人員相關培訓。

Aims and objectives: This study explores the experiences of last offices for deceased by nursing students during clinical practice. The study findings will help nursing teachers to design the content of lecture related to the care of death, and give information for nurses to guide nursing students at that moment. Methods: This study is based on the philosophy of Husserl's descriptive phenomenology. The data was collected with in-depth semi-structured, one-on-one interview and analyzed using Colaizzi's method. Data saturation was accomplished after interviewing 13 purposive sampling. Results: Five themes and 11 sub-themes emerged from the narrative account, including (1) professional practice (2) respect for the decreased (3) variety feelings (4) lack of know ledge (5) inspired life. Conclusion: Nursing students could face the decreased positively. The important strategy was ”sharing”. However, students did not know how to care for the family of dead patients and could not get help from nurses. This finding suggests the teaching content of caring for deceased includes family care, and nurses also receive some training related to family care.
