臺灣某醫專五年級應屆畢業護生能力及相關因素的研究

Self-Evaluation of the Nursing Competences among Nursing Students in Taiwan

摘要


目的:探討專科護生之護理能力程度及其相關因素。方法:以台灣某醫專五年級應屆畢業生為研究對象,以自編結構式問卷-護生護理能力量表為研究工具,共收案208位,再以SPSS 15.0套裝軟體進行描述性和單因子變異數分析。結果:護生自評護理能力屬中等程度,以溝通能力表現最佳,專業與自我成長能力最顯不足。而對護理的興趣程度、角色認同、工作意願、實習成績等得分較高者,其照顧、溝通、管理、成長及整體護理能力之自評表現較佳。

Background: Insufficient nursing competence is a main reason for new nurses quilting job that also affect the shortage of clinical nurses. Object: The purpose of this stud y was to explore the nursing competences of nursing college students and related factors. Methods: This was a descriptive correlational study that structured clinical nursing competence scale was used to gather data. Results: The results showed that self-assessment of nursing college students is at the required level of nursing competency; they are most competent at communication and least competent at professional self-development. Nurse students who have good nursing care, communication, management, growth and overall performance also show a high level of interest in nursing and clinical practice scores. Conclusion: Findings provide a better understanding of the nursing competences of nursing college students; help the teachers designs more effective programs for nursing students.
