學校衛生護理人員之自我效能是影響工作表現之重要因素,故本研究之目的主要為:(1)了解大專校院護理人員推行健康促進學校之自我效能;(2)分析影響學校衛生護理人員推行健康促進學校自我效能之相關因素。研究採橫斷面調查法,對全台灣地區大專校院學校衛生護理人員進行問卷資料之收集,得可分析對象共有18名。問卷內容包括:個人基本資料、學校組織與環境狀況、及推行健康促進學校之自我效能。將所得資料以SAS/PC進行描述性與推論性統計分析,結果發現:(1)學校衛生護理人員在推行健康促進學校的自我效能方面以健康服務最高,其次依序為社區關係之建立、學校健康政策之執行、健康教學之推行、學校良好精神環境之提供與學校物理環境之維護。(2)學校衛生護理人員推行健康促進學校之自我效能受到個人推行建行健康促進學校的態度、教育程度、專任護理人力及社區緊急救護資源之方便性的影響。依上述結果,建議教育部應持續辦理大專校院學校衛生護理人員研習會,透過經驗分享,改善工作態度,提升自我效能;學校應依學校衛生法聘任合格、充足的護理人力;最後,學校衛生護理人員本身應透過在職教育加強知能,提升自我效能。
School nurses' self-efficacy is an important factor to work performance. The purposes of this study were to investigate the school nurses' self-efficacy in implementing health promotion school, and analyzed the related factors to self-efficacy. A cross-sectional study was conducted. Eighty-one school nurses were included. The demographic data, school organization and environment, and school nurses' self-efficacy data were collected by questionnaire. Data was analyzed in descriptive and inferential statistics by SAS/PC. The results showed: (1) the priorities of self-efficacy school nurses perceived while implementing health promotion school were health services, community relationships, school health policies, health education, school mental health, and school physical environment. (2) the related factors of school nurses' self-efficacy were attitude to health promotion school, education level, manpower, convenience of community emergency resource. According to the results, researchers suggest that the educational department should hold symposium periodically to improve school nurses' working attitudes and enhance their self-efficacy. Furthermore, schools should obey school health legislations to hire qualified and adequate nurses doing those works. School nurses have to increase their self-efficacy through in-service education.
