澳門某院校畢業班護生臨床學習滿意度的調查分析

Satisfaction of final year nursing students with their clinical study from a nursing college in Macau

摘要


目的:探討澳門某院校畢業班護生對臨床學習滿意度的現狀,為護理教育者及護理管理者制定更有針對性的臨床護理教學策略提供實證依據。方法:通過臨床學習結束後的問卷調查,評價2013-2014學年度澳門某院校全日制學士學位畢業班護生對臨床學習滿意度總分(5分非常同意)情視。結果:護生對帶教老師滿意度得分平均分為3.82;對實習基地滿意度得分平均分為3.85;對帶教科室滿意度得分平均分為3.79±;對自我表現滿意度轉分平均分3.76。對臨床學習總滿意度平均分為3.75;護生對帶教老師滿意度、對實習基地滿意度、對帶教科室工作人員滿意度及對自我臨床學習滿意度呈正相關。結論:護生對帶教老師滿意度、對實習基地及帶教科室滿意度、對自我表現滿意度、對臨床學習總滿意度均呈中等,科學的評估護生對臨床學習各方面的滿意度,有助於將不足之處進行調整及改善,以促進及優化護生的臨床學習,將護生的臨床學習效果達到最大化。

Objective: this paper aims to explore undergraduate final year nursing student's satisfaction towards their clinical practicum. Method: Results of regular satisfaction questionnaire survey of all final year students who underwent clinical practicum during the academic year of 2013/2014 were analyzed. Results: The average satisfaction score towards clinical instructors were 3.82, towards clinical settings were 3.85, towards clinical units were 3.79 and towards self were 3.76, with an overall average of 3.75. There was a positive bivariate correlation between the items. Conclusion: The final year nursing student's satisfactions towards different items during their clinical practicum were medium. The results indicate that competence of clinical instructors, positive learning and teaching atmosphere of clinical setting and units, as well as students 'self initiatives are yet to be strengthen.
