探討澳門護士專業認證及執業制度的現況及發展方向

摘要

文以澳門特別行政區背景下分析現行澳門護理規範並提出一個適切的專業認證及註冊制度。通過查找文獻及各國及地區護理專業相關法規及制度實踐之報導，比較各制度的立論目的以反思澳門的現狀。基於城市規模、平衛社會健康需求與護士人才短缺、保障衛生系統服務質量等因素之考量，提出一個統一且適切澳鬥護理的護士專業認證及註冊制度。

This paper aims to analyze the existing nursing regulation and provide recommendations for developing a relevant regulation system for registration and practice of nurses in Macau. Literature review and discussion of relevant nursing regulation sand system of different countries and regions were conducted for comparison of the basis and aims of such system in order to reflect on the current condition of Macau. An unified approach which has taken into account the size of the city, a balance between health needs and nurses shortage in the society, the assurance of health service quality is suggested for nurses accreditation and registration in Macau.
