摘要

本文根據新型冠狀病毒感染肺炎的疫情時期資訊和作者護理此類病人的經歷，對抗疫一線護士工作特點及能力要求進行綜述。分別總結了武漢方艙醫院、重症病房、危重症病房護士工作特點，並將抗疫一線護士素質要求歸納為身體素質和心理素質兩方面，同時，對抗疫一線護士應具備的知識和能力要求進行了分析和梳理。

Based on enormous sources of the Novel Coronavirus outbreak and the authors' own experiences working with the patients with Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia, this paper summarized the working features of nurses caring for patients with Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia. The paper listed nursing features in the mobile cabin hospitals, intensive care units, and critical wards for patients with Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia respectively. The quality requirements for working with patients with Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia in various conditions were categorized into two aspects, including physical and psychological quality. The expected knowledge and competences with nurses who work in the frontline were discussed.
