護理畢業生學校滿意度與自評護理核心能力之相關性研究-以某技術學院不同學制為例

A Correlational Study of School Satisfactions and Self-Rated Nursing Core Competencies among Nursing Graduates: An Example of a College with Different Programs

摘要


本研究目的在了解某技術學院不同學制護理畢業生對學校(人文環境、課程規劃、教師能力、教學設備)的滿意度與自我評估具備的護理核心能力程度,並探討二者間的關係。採橫斷式調查研究設計,以網路與郵寄結構式問卷方式蒐集資料,回收262份有效問卷。研究結果發現護理科系畢業生自評個人具備護理能力的程度以「批判性思考」、「一般臨床護理技能」較低,對於學校滿意度達中度認同。學校滿意度的四個構面均與其自評護理核心能力呈正相關,但只有課程規劃對自評護理核心能力影響力達統計水準。本文護理畢業生滿意度對自評護理核心能力的初探結果,可提供為護理教育者於提升教育品質議題方面的參考。

The aim of the study is to investigate the relationships between student satisfactions to school (humanistic environment, curriculum design, capabilities of teachers, and teaching facilities) and self-rated nursing core competencies among nursing graduates in a nursing college. This cross-sectional study used structural questionnaires by post and internet to collect data. There were 262 effective respondents. The results indicated that mean scores on ”critical thinking and reasoning”, ”general clinical skills” were lower than the scores on other nursing core competencies. Regarding school satisfaction, the participants gave moderately approvals. Four dimensions of school satisfactions were all positively correlated with self-rated nursing core competencies. However, self-rated nursing core competencies were only explained by student satisfactions to curriculum design. The results of this study could provide nursing educators the direction of education improvement
