半剛性瀝青混凝土工程性質之研究

摘要


本研究之半剛性瀝青混凝土係以乳化瀝青與水泥拌合形成之膠漿作為粘結料,利用乳化瀝青還原之瀝青膠泥提供粒料柔性粘結,並利用水泥與水作用產生之鈣矽水膠體,提供粒料剛性黏結,使粒料間具有半剛性粘結而增強瀝青混凝土之抗變形能力。本研究將半剛性瀝青混凝土(SRA)與傳統熱拌瀝青混凝土(HMA)同時進行馬歇爾試驗、抗壓試驗、抗彎試驗、劈張(拉力)試驗、剪力試驗、貫穿剪力試驗、動錘反彈試驗及車轍試驗後,發現半剛性瀝青混凝土之各項工程性質均較熱拌瀝青混凝土佳,其剛性介於傳統熱拌瀝青混凝土與水泥混凝土之間,頗適合作為鋪面材料使用。
