2019年全球電子設備產值約達1,334億美元，相較於2018年衰退8％。其中主因為2019年記憶體跌價過速，導致記憶體相關半導體設備支出緊縮，加上近幾年中國大陸液晶顯示器擴產熱潮已過，顯示器設備業者也隨著步入衰退所致。

In 2019, the global production value of electronic equipment reached approximately US$133.4 billion, a decline of 8% compared with 2018. The main reason is that the price of memory has fallen too fast in 2019, which has led to a tightening of expenditures on memory-related semiconductor equipment. In addition, in recent years, the expansion of liquid crystal displays in mainland China has passed, and display equipment manufacturers have also entered a decline.
