一位新住民女性生命經驗的轉化與蛻變之敘說研究

A Narrative Study on the Change and Transformation of a New Female Immigrant's Life Experience

摘要

本研究旨在探討一位越南新住民女性立志向上的生命故事。研究者採敘說研究，透過訪談、觀察及文本分析等方式蒐集資料，連結研究參與者之述說內容，共同構成一個有系統及結構性的脈絡故事，在與研究參與者持續的互動過程，從中建構其過去的經驗，組織成一完整有意義的人生故事。結論發現，從研究參與者自身的成長經驗、職場上有能力但欠缺學歷的遺憾、遠嫁來台的辛酸、學習階段時所受到的貶低與歧視，在重新審視自己的歷程中，重建構自己的價值、釋懷、甚至轉變為正向的力量，並且找到生命存在的意義。本研究亦期望能透過研究參與者的生命故事，讀者們更能以欣賞、理解及尊重的胸襟，與不同族群及不同國家的新住民，更為融洽且構築更美好和諧的社會。

This research aims to explore the life story of a Vietnamese female new immigrant who is determined to succeed. The narrative study approach was adopted in the study, and a comprehensive and meaningful life story was composed via the researchers' observation, interviews, and textual analyses. The conclusion found that the Vietnamese female new immigrant has a positive attitude, kindness, and determination to succeed. From reviewing the interviewee's growth, working, and immigration experiences, we helped her rebuild the self-value and positive strength. Then finally, trough the narrative reconstruction, we helped her find the meaning of living. The study also hopes that, from reading the interviewee's life story, readers can look at the new immigrants from a more respectful point of view.
