摘要

本研究之主要目的為探討民眾對於電子病歷資訊隱私的顧慮和其就醫行為意向間之關係，以及民眾對於電子病歷的瞭解程度對於其電子病歷資訊隱私顧慮和就醫行為之間關係是否具調節作用。透過問卷調查法總共蒐集160份有效資料（問卷回收率80%），資料分析結果顯示民眾的電子病歷資訊隱私顧慮與其就醫行為意向呈正向相關，而民眾對電子病歷的瞭解程度則會影響民眾的電子病歷資訊隱私顧慮和其就醫行為意向間的關係之強弱程度。本研究建議針對較瞭解電子病歷的民眾提供更進一步的電子病歷介紹，如加強介紹電子病歷的技術內容、可能風險與各種有效因應作為，讓這些民眾對於電子病歷有更具體的瞭解，提高民眾對於醫院所使用電子病歷之信任，進而降低對於電子病歷隱私之顧慮，之後可扮演推廣電子病歷之倡導者，協助電子病歷之宣導，以落實電子病歷的發展。

The main objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between the information privacy concerns of electronic medical records (EMRs) and people's medical seeking behavioral intentions. Furthermore, the moderating effect of awareness of EMRs on the relationship between information privacy concerns of EMRs and people's medical seeking behavioral intentions is also explored. Survey methodology was utilized and a total of 160 valid responses (response rate = 80%) was collected via questionnaires. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the collected data. The results reveal that there is a positive relationship between the information privacy concerns of EMRs and the medical seeking behavioral intentions. Besides, the awareness of EMRs moderated the relationship between information privacy concerns of EMRs and the individual's medical seeking behavioral intentions. According to the results of this study, it is suggested that the government and medical facilities should organize a joint comprehensive explanation about EMRs. A detailed introduction of EMRs should include the techniques, potential risks, and measures in place. In doing so, the public can have a concrete understanding about EMRs, thereby increasing their trust and decreasing their concerns over the privacy of EMR information. If those who know more about EMRs accept EMRs and trust that medical facilities provide adequate protection for EMR privacy, they can act as advocates for EMR promotion. These people can then use their social influences to assist in EMR promotion, which is beneficial in implementing EMRs after all.
