不明確產權、自主權與努力程度：中國大陸集體鄉鎮企業的理論分析

摘要

本文是在不明確產權的理念下，考量企業經營與地方官員在利益分配及自主權授受上的互動關係，並明確將地方官員引進企業的生產活動中，分析企業經理與地方官員如何共同決定其最適努力程度與自主權下放程度的問題。本文發現不明確產權的特性確實影響著鄉鎮集體企業的經營績效。

This paper, under the assumption of ambiguous property rights, studies the interaction between the enterprise and the provincial officers in profit sharing and autonomy authorization, specifically introducing the role of the provincial officer into the model of the enterprise' production activity as a production factor. It is to explore how the enterprise director and the provincial officer collectively determine their best devotion and the best autonomy authorization degree, and we, through the exploration of this paper, in further understand the operation of the conglomerate in provincial area of China, and also find that the ambiguous property right does impact on the operation efficiency of the conglomerate in provincial area.
