保險產業再保險需求與決策之探討：文獻回顧觀點

摘要

再保險扮演著穩定保險市場功能的適當角色，因此再保險的研究逐漸受到財務、經濟學術界之重視，先前有關再保險文獻較少整合對保險產業再保險需求之實務應用，本文以再保險理論、再保險需求實證及再保險購買因素等範圍使用關鍵字來進行相關文獻回顧與分類，以深入瞭解再保險需求理論之發展過程，並整合相關文獻來建構再保險需求與決策構面，本研究依相關實證對象及範圍，將再保險需求決策因素，歸納區分為六大構面：分別為市場經濟及政府法規構面、組織型態構面、公司財務構面、公司營運構面、風險特性構面及管理因素構面以提供保險產業之再保險需求與決策考量，最後，提出再保險需求決策應用之整合管理架構、管理意涵與未來研究發展方向，供後續研究者參考。

Reinsurance plays a critical role in proper functioning of a stable insurance market. Hence, the research of reinsurance has been recognized as a focal for developing sustained finance and economic literature. This paper surveys the demand for reinsurance using a literature review and classification of articles with keyword index in order to explore how the demand for reinsurance theory has been developed in the period. The study surveys and classifies the demand for reinsurance using the six aspects such as: economic and regulatory factors, organization factors, firm financial factors, operational factors, risk characteristic factors and managerial factors. Furthermore, we analyze the demand for reinsurance aspects and discuss a tendency of reinsurance empirical research. Finally, this paper presents insurer's demand for reinsurance of integrated management as well as expects the future study about demand for reinsurance.
