保險產業之服務導向架構分層探討與流程實作

摘要


現今保險市場的產品需求多變且分散經營,傳統緊密耦合的軟體架構,將妨礙多元的保險產業之電子化發展。本研究以服務導向架構(SOA)作為保險產業的資訊科技解決方案,藉著其服務導向和流程導向的設計思維,使得資訊技術可以應付不斷變動的業務需求和離散的經營方式。首先,我們將探討保險產業以服務為核心的SOA分層架構,以瞭解其帶給企業的優勢。接著,我們將以服務導向塑模與架構方法,並遵循企業流程執行語言標準,對保險理賠服務流程進行分析與設計,找尋出相關的理賠服務,然後針對所設計之保險理賠SOA分層架構,探討SOA的技術層面。相對於傳統之軟體開發技術,本研究著重在探討SOA如何以鬆散耦合和服務可被重用組合的特性,使保險業務與服務元件之間可以完整地連結在一起,以達隨需應變的能力。

Current insurance product demand is so diversified that tight coupled software architecture may hamper the e-business development of diverse insurance industry. This study is to discuss the IT solution of insurance industry using service-oriented architecture (SOA). The method of service-oriented and process-oriented design is to accommodate the changing of business requirement and diversified operating. We firstly discuss the service layers of insurance industry based on SOA in order to comprehend SOA’s value for insurance industry. We then analyze and design the BPEL (Business Process Execution Language) compliant insurance claim process by adopting the method of service-oriented modeling and architecture (SOMA) to identify related services and accordingly to investigate the technology level of SOA regarding the designed SOA layers of the insurance claim. Contrast to the traditional software technology, in this thesis we focus on how SOA makes service components fit in perfectly with insurance business with the characteristics of loose coupling and service composability and achieves the ability to deal with on-demand business changes.
