在全球競爭環境和動態變化的生產氛圍下,製造業為了保持商業的競爭力,必須發展出良好的生產流程。在製造業的各種生產活動中,如硬體設計、韌體研發、產品測試、品質管制等,將產生大量的資訊與面臨到許多的異質系統,導致產品測試多為人工作業,不利測試流程自動化。本論文之主要目的在探討如何有效的整合資訊並調整生產測試流程,以提升產品品質,增加企業競爭力。本研究提出以服務導向架構作為自動化測試流程之解決方案,主要探討製造業測試流程,以服務導向塑模與架構方法進行服務導向分析與設計、服務開發、部署、測試,應用微軟的服務導向解決方案與網路服務的整合能力,設計出可重用的軟體元件,提供一個靈活、可隨機應變的自動化測試系統。 關鍵字:服務導向架構、服務導向塑模與架構、網路服務、自動化測試流程
Facing global competition and dynamic changes in production, the manufacturing industry must develop a good production process to maintain competitiveness. In various manufacturing processes, such as hardware design, firmware R&D, product testing, and quality control, a great amount of information and heterogeneous systems are involved such that most product tests are conducted manually, which is unfavorable to test automation. The main purpose of this thesis is to explore how to effectively integrate information and adjust production test processes to improve product quality and enhance enterprise competitiveness. This study proposes a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) solution for automated test process, focusing on the discussion of manufacturing test processes and utilizing the Service-Oriented Modeling and Architecture (SOMA) method for service-oriented analysis and design, service development, deployment, and testing. By leveraging Microsoft’s SOA solution and the integration capability of web services, reusable software components are designed in this study to provide a flexible and agile automated test system.
