服務導向架構下虛擬組織協同專案管理流程整合

AN SOA-BASED COLLABORATIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROCESS INTEGERATION FOR VIRTUAL ORGANIZATION

摘要


網際網路環境成熟後帶動形成跨地域合作模式,專案管理的趨勢已漸漸轉為跨國的協同專案管理形式並牽涉到各式各樣不同的專案團隊。這些專案團隊擁有不同背景的組織文化和語言,使得專案管理的任務變得複雜,問題包括企業之間的業務要如何整合、專案時程要如何安排、專案成員要如何有效掌握彼此之間的訊息狀態以及彼此的專案進度,甚至不同的語言、文化、法規、制度下的資源調配、工作分派、人力資源運用、溝通協調等。很顯然的,在未來專案管理最明顯的改變是使用協同合作模式來進行,因此專案流程整合將會成為協同專案成功的關鍵因素。 本論文根據最新版美國專案管理協會所提出的專案管理知識體系指南(PMBOK)中的五大流程(啟動、規劃、執行、控管、結案)及九大知識領域來建立以服務導向架構(SOA)為基礎的協同專案管理流程整合。我們利用服務導向建模方法分析了專案整合管理領域,找出合約審查流程與預算審查流程之中可實現的服務,再透過商業流程執行語言(BPEL)對合約與預算審查流程進行描述,將流程中的服務組合與編排,讓具有不同工作執掌的專案團隊或專案成員,能夠依據專案管理方針,基於一個標準的專案管理流程來進行虛擬專案團隊的協同專案管理,以減少協同專案管理的複雜度。研究發現,利用服務導向的概念可以使虛擬專案團隊透過服務組合以及專案流程整合進行協同專案管理。專案團隊可以透過彼此既有的服務與流程來達到商業流程整合之目的,並期望藉由這樣的方式讓專案團隊能如期、如質、如預算達成專案目標,也使企業組織之IT服務在面臨未來變動的商業規則與環境,具有靈活度以及快速回應之能力。

With the internet maturation cross-boundary cooperation was formed that changes the trend of project management. The formation of transnational enterprises had driven the needs of collaborative project management (CPM) which involves diversified project teams across regions. These project teams have different background of organizational culture and language that makes the task of CPM intricate. Issues include, for example, how to integrate different businesses, how to schedule the project, how project members can handle each other’s message state and project progress, and even the problem of resource allocation, task assignment, communication and coordination under different language, culture, and regulation. Obviously, a collaborative technology may be the most significant change in the way projects are managed and the integration of the process will become the critical success factor for realizing collaborative project. In this thesis, we based on the latest Project Management Body of Knowledge, including the five main processes and nine knowledge areas, to accomplish SOA-based CPM process integration. SOMA is applied to analyze and design two collaborative processes and discover services from the Initiating process of Project Integration Management. BPEL is also used to compose and orchestrate contract and budget reviewing process services for different project teams or members to conduct CPM under a standard way and reduce the complexity of CPM. The results showed that the SOA characteristics we utilize can achieve the goal of CPM by service composite and project process integration. Virtual project teams may complete the project in time with good quality and within the budget, and their IT services and infrastructure will be more agile to respond quickly and accommodate future business rules and environment change.
