傳統銀行核心系統(Core-Banking System)面臨資訊孤島與缺乏更加靈活的業務模型,子系統各自獨立建立、系統間資料不能共享、系統建置成本高等缺點。本研究以銀行外匯進口業務為例將服務導向架構(Service-Oriented Architecture, SOA)導入銀行的核心系統,著重於外匯進口業務中信用狀流程自動化的SOA解決方案。我們利用服務導向塑模與架構 (Service-Oriented Modeling and Architecture) 方法,針對進口信用狀開狀業務流程,進行服務導向分析與設計,並對服務進行編排與組合,完成具服務導向風格的信用狀管理分層架構。依此分層架構本研究著手進行實作外匯進口系統,利用服務之重用性與組合性,有效降低系統整合的時間與成本,並改善銀行內部資訊系統架構的運用。本研究所建立之銀行內部資訊系統整合雛型,可供往後同業的參考。
Traditional core-banking system faces problems of the information island and the lack of a more flexible business model where subsystems are independently established, hard to share data between systems, and high development cost. This study adopts service-oriented architecture (SOA) to the core-banking system using foreign exchange import business as example and focusing on the SOA solution of the L/C (letter of credit) business process. We use service-oriented modeling and architecture (Service-Oriented Modeling and Architecture, SOMA) approach to analyze issuing business process of the import L/C. The web services in the process are identified and then established that enable reusability of the existing services through the exercise of service orchestration and composition. The SOA layered architecture of the L/C management is established. According to the layered architecture we then realize the new foreign exchange import system. With the service reusability and service composability the system development time is reduced and the integration is easily achieved. The SOA solution of this study improves the use of bank’s internal information system and the prototype can serve as a reference for other banks.
