在競爭激烈的時代企業為保有優勢必須倚重資訊科技的協助,但隨著企業內資訊系統數目不斷增加,管理者常需面對整合眾多資訊系統的挑戰。企業中人事系統所維護的組織層級與人員資料,往往牽動許多異質性系統,作為表單流程、帳號登入、權限控管、員工基本資料等使用。當員工、組織異動時,供需端不同的系統平台、資料格式及傳輸方式,常造成彼此之間資訊交換及資料即時更新的問題,且企業內系統流程整合規範過於複雜且有限。 基於上述問題,本研究以服務導向架構(SOA)作為組織流程整合之解決方案,藉其服務導向和流程導向的設計思維,透過服務導向塑模與架構(SOMA)方法對組織人事異動流程中原本各系統各自獨立的作業程序加以分析,找出流程中所需的候選網路服務,並建立標準的介面與外部溝通,促進現有異質系統間之快速整合,提供企業一個人事共通性資料管理的服務整合平台。
To retain superiority in the highly competitive era, enterprise has to rely on the assistance of information technology. However, managers always face a challenge of integrating a large number of enterprise information systems. The organizational and personnel data maintained by human resource management system are often used by other heterogeneous enterprise systems for workflow, logon, access control and so forth. It is not uncommon to find problems of data exchange and real-time update within diverse platforms having different data formats and transmission methods. This study adopts the service-oriented architecture (SOA) solution for organizational process integration. We use the method of service-oriented modeling and architecture (SOMA) to analyze the Independent operating procedures in individual systems for the process of organizational personnel transfer and identify the required candidate web services. We also establish a standard interface to facilitate the integration between heterogeneous systems thus providing enterprise a human resource management service integration platform for easy data sharing and management.
