Determining Strategies to Reduce Postoperative Incision Infections by Using the HFMEA
以HFMEA方法決定降低術後傷口感染的策略
摘要
手術部位感染會增加患者住院時間、死亡機率以及醫院的作業成本。本研究目的是藉由醫療失效模式與效益分析（HFMEA）的步驟，以決定減少術後傷口感染的策略。成功的領導，跨學科的團隊，團隊學習是成功實施的HFMEA的要素。建議：應用HFMEA方法於臨床實務，可防止醫療疏失，以及持續追蹤HFMEA的成效。

Surgical site infection causes longer patient stays, more deaths, and higher costs. The authors present the steps of the Healthcare Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (HFMEA) to determine strategies for reducing postoperative incision infections in the surgical department. Leadership, interdisciplinary team, and team learning are contributors of this successful implementation of the HFMEA. Translating these strategies into practice, applying the HFMEA method to prevent medical errors, and tracking the effectiveness of the HFMEA are recommended.
