工作壓力、社會支持與自覺健康狀況:南部地區醫療機構基層人力之實證研究

Job Stress, Social Support, and Perceived Health Status: Evidence from General Labors in Healthcare Institutes of Southern Taiwan

摘要


研究的主要目的在於探討南部基層員工的工作壓力之現況,工作壓力、社會支持與自覺健康狀態之間的關係,以供未來相關研究做參考,以有限的資源,有效提升基層員工的健康。研究對象:基層員工為樣本,共收集298份有效樣本。分析方法:所收集之資料,以SPSS12.0中文版進行分析,分析方法包括描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析及迴歸分析等方法。資料分析結果,發現人口變項在社會支持、工作壓力、自覺健康狀態有顯著差異;工作壓力與自覺健康狀況呈負向相關;社會支持與自覺健康狀況呈正向相關。工作壓力與社會支持足夠程度間呈現顯著負相關;基層員工會有較高之工作壓力,未來應設法提供給予基層員工可以舒壓的方式,特別是那些需輪三班工作、大小夜排班者。

The main purpose of the study is to investigate the current status of the job pressure, and its association with social support and perceived health status among the population of general labor. Sampels were taken from general labor of regionals hospitals, from which 298 were valid for analysis. The collected data were analyzed with the SPSS 12.0 Chinese version. Analytical techniques included descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample t test, single factor analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis. The test results shown that demographic variables in social support, job stress, perceived health status were significant different; job stress and perceived health status were negatively correlated; social support and perceived health status were positively correlated. The test also indicated a significant negative correlation between job stress and social support. This research suggested providing pressure-relief mechanism to the general labor in helping to cope with the pressures, especially for those shifts workers.
