探討人力資源資訊系統使用者滿意度之研究-以南區某區域教學醫院為例

摘要


近年來,資訊科技的發展帶動人力資源部門在整個企業組織中角色之轉型,人力資源管理由早期傳統的行政作業支援單位,逐漸發展成為組織變革過程中的策略夥伴,扮演著策略性支援角色,參與企業之策略規劃、並瞭解組織未來發展及人力需求、建立具有競爭優勢之人力資本,進而提升能力及擴大其職權,以發展更多創新並具前瞻性的實務工作。 本研究主要以期望確認理論為基礎,結合資訊系統成功模式,並納入個人成長與發展及工作成就感等構面,探討人力資源資訊系統使用者滿意度及使用意向之關鍵因素。以南區某區域教學醫院為例,曾經使用人力資源資訊系統的各職類人員為研究對象。總計發出350份問卷,有效問卷為310份,有效回收率為88.57%,運用統計軟體SPSS 22.0與Smart PLS 3.2進行資料分析並驗證本研究模型。研究結果顯示,透過人力資源資訊系統使用其服務品質影響使用者滿意度最為顯著,而使用者滿意度影響使用意向最鉅;服務品質與使用者滿意度愈高,將有助於提升使用者滿意度及使用意向,爰此,服務品質與使用者滿意度係為影響人力資源資訊系統使用之關鍵構面。 關鍵字:期望確認理論、資訊系統成功模式、人力資源資訊系統、個人成長與發展、工作成就感。

The development of information technology in recent years has driven the transformation of HR role in the entire organization. The human resource management was seen as administrative supporting units in early days. However, it is gradually turning into strategically partner in the organizational transformation process. Taking the strategically supporting role in the corporate, HR not only participates in the corporate strategic planning, understands the development of future manpower needs, but also establishes a competitive advantage in human capital and thereby enhances the ability to expand its mandate to develop more innovative and forward-looking with substantive work. This study confirms the Expect Confirmation Theory(ECT)that Information System Success Model(ISSM). The study combines the Expect Confirmation Theory (ECT)with a model of information systems that incorporates personal growth and development, job satisfaction and other facets considered by human resources(HR)information systems, as well as user satisfaction and intention for usage. Personnel from all categories of a regional teaching hospital in southern Taiwan participated in this study. There were 350 questionnaires in total, among which 310 were valid. The effective rate was 88.57% and the data was analyzed with statistical software of SPSS 22.0 and Smart PLS 3.2.The results showed that the usage of HR information systems on service quality, user satisfaction , and user intention has the greatest impact on user satisfaction. The higher service quality and user satisfaction is rated, the better user satisfaction and use of intention-need to reword will be.
