藍海策略對國小體育發展之啟示

The Lesson from Blue Ocean Strategy to Elementary School Physical Education Development

摘要


藍海策略一書在2005年受到全球矚目,兩位作者研究150個企業策略之案例後發現,真正獲利的企業應該是拋開對手,另闢無人競爭的市場和發展空間,強調不靠競爭取勝方式來進行價值的重塑和創新,也不偏執於以技術創新來突破科技發展,因此藍海策略對於非營利機構或服務性組織甚為適用。本文旨在透過藍海策略之行動架構與策略,來探討國小體育發展目前所遭遇的問題,進而提出未來可行的相關策略。從學生的目標、專業師資、運動文化、社會資源的導入與運用、學校體育特色的發展、班級經營的配合、行政的支援、導正家長的正確認知到建立正確運動道德倫理,藍海策略點出了國小體育發展的癥結,提供對目前現存問題的新思維,亦開啟了未來發展的新方向,形塑了國小體育未來的發展願景。

The book <Blue Ocean Strategy> received popular in 2005, the authors did researches on 150 company strategies and found that companys really gains from throwing away rivarals. Open nobody to compete market. To stress not to win by reshaping and innovating value. Therefore, the blue ocean strategy was also suitable to non-profitable organization or service organization. The thesis gives alternative methods to tackle problems of elementary school physical education from the blue ocean strategy. From the goal of students, professional teachers, the culture of exercise, the induction and exercise of social resources, the development of school physical education, the class management, the support of administration, the adjustment of parental cognition, the establishment of sport value. The blue ocean strategy points out the questions of elementary school physical education, and gives an important breakthrough direction. It gives a new thinking approach to elementary school physical education and creates new direction of development. It shapes the future vision of elementary school physical education.
