本研究的目的主要探討新山國小扯鈴隊成立的歷史背景因素、發展歷程及其影響,並對此歷程留下記錄。希望相關的內容,能做為對推展民俗體育有興趣的相關人士的參考,並運用於團隊的推展中,藉以發揚傳統民俗體育活動。 本研究主要採歷史研究法及文獻分析法並搭配訪談法。以新山國小發展扯鈴運動過程中之歷史資料加以分析整理歸納新山國小扯鈴運動團隊組訓脈絡。 經本文探討新山國小扯鈴隊組訓脈絡結論羅列如下:1、在歷史背景方面規納有:時代背景、學校背景、家長背景、師資背景四方面。2、發展的歷史要素方面有:人的因素、場地的因素、經費的因素及外部資源的因素。3、在影響方面:有對學生發展的影響、對學校教育的影響及對社會層面的影響三方面。建議:學校共識的凝聚與建立、建置績效訪評的後設評鑑系統、營造藍海策略的價值體系及發展選手四級制度四個方面。 關鍵詞:扯鈴、新山國小、民俗體育
The purpose of this study focuses on the historical background, the development process and the impact of the diabolo team in Sin-Shan Elementary school and leaves the record. Expecting this research can promote folk sports who are interested in reference and inspire them to concert the development of traditional sports activities. In this study, researches the group training context and the development of the diabolo movement in Sin-Shan Elementary school mainly through historical research, literature analysis and with interviews. Diabolo team group training context following four background factors: The first one is changes of the times, the school environment, parents’ quality and teacher training. Development factors mainly due to the human resources, the environment, the funding sources and the external resources. Affect the level contains the development of students interested, the school education policy and social levels. This study recommends the establishment of schools consensus ,Meta-Evaluation system,the value of Blue Ocean Strategy and the development of Players four training system.
