休閒運動產業從業人員在工作態度與工作績效之相關研究

The Study of Relationship among Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Work Performance for the Employees in Leisure and Sport Industry

摘要


本研究探討休閒運動產業從業人員在工作態度與工作績效等方面之關係。本研究以台南縣市與高雄縣市之休閒運動產業從業人員為母體,依據休閒運動產業別的劃分採用分層隨機抽樣方式,共發出800份問卷,回收515份問卷,問卷回收率64.375%,剔除無效問卷30份,有效問卷485份,有效問卷回收率60.625%,其統計方法有因素分析、皮爾森相關分析與多元逐步迴歸分析等方法,以考驗研究之假設。本研究結果與結論如下:。一、休閒運動產業從業人員的工作態度、工作績效間存在顯著相關性。二、休閒運動產業從業人員的工作滿意、組織承諾與工作績效間存在顯著正向相關性。三、休閒運動產業從業人員工作滿意、組織承諾對於工作績效之預測力上,在與薪資、同事之滿意度以及努力承諾等構面,最能預測員工的工作績效。

Through the research method of surveying, this study aims at probing into the relationship of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work performance of leisure and sport industry. Stratified sampling method was conducted upon the study basewith 800 questionnaires issued, and 515 were collected at an effective rate of 64.375%, in which 30 questionnaires were invalid and leave 485 valid ones at a rate of 60.625%. The study methods consist of Factor analysis,, Pearson Correlation Analysis, and Multiple Regression analysis with trial hypnosis testimony.And the result and finding are as follows:1. For employees in leisure and sport industry, there are relationships in between job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work performance.2. Amongst job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of employees in leisure and sport industry, job, promotion, and immediate supervisors are useful indication for the faculties' organizational commitment.3. Amongst job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of employees in leisure and sport industry, openness, wages, and colleagues are useful indication for the faculties' work performance.
