運動休閒組織工作人員人格特質、工作滿意與組織承諾之相關性研究

The Research of Relation among Personality, Job Satisfaction and Organization Commitment in Sport and Leisure Industry Employee

摘要


本研究探討運動休閒產業從業人員在人格特質、工作滿意與組織承諾等方面之關係。本研究以台南縣市與高雄縣市之運動休閒產業從業人員爲母體,依據運動休閒產業別的劃分採用分層隨機抽樣方式,共發出800份問卷,回收515份問卷,問卷回收率64.375%,剔除無效問卷30份,有效問卷485份,有效問卷回收率60.625%,其統計方法有因素分析、典型相關分析與多變項變異數分析、等方法,以考驗研究之假設。本研究結果爲運動休閒產業從業人員之人格特質、工作滿意與組織承諾間存在顯著相關性,而運動休閒產業從業人員不同的人口變項對人格特質、工作滿意與組織承諾亦具有顯著差異性。

Through the research method of surveying, this study aims at probing into the relationships of personalities, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work performance of employees of sport and leisure industry. Stratified sampling method was conducted in the study base upon the 800 questionnaires that were issued, and the questionnaires that 515 were collected at an effective rate of 64.375%, 30 out of the 515 questionnaires were invalid which resulted in the validity rate became 60.625%. The statistical analysis methods in this study consist of Factor analysis, Canonical correlation analysis and Multiple Regression analysis for trial hypnosis testimony. The research findings were: there were significant relationships among personalities of employees in sport and leisure industry and job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and there were geographical variables of employees in sport and leisure industry and personalities, job satisfaction and organizational commitment were significantly different.
