近年來,各企業自行舉辦的實習生制度,已成為企業界儲備人才的管道之一。本研究將實習生定義為曾在就學期間(包括寒暑假)主動或被動(學校修課規定)至職場長期或短暫實習,包含目前正在就學或畢業兩年內大學及研究所以上之學生(系所不限)。而本研究主要想探討實習生的五大人格特質(聰穎開放性、嚴謹自律性、外傾支配性、和善性、神經質)是否會影響到工作滿意度,並討論人際關係在這之間的中介效果。最後針對研究結果提出建議,做為實務及學術上的參考。 本研究透過問卷調查法並以網路方式發送,以台灣大專院校以上之實習生為研究對象,最後得到有效問卷147份,並將回收問卷採用信效度分析、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析、迴歸分析等統計方法檢驗,研究結果發現: 1. 實習生人格特質傾向嚴謹自律性及外傾支配性者,其工作滿意度愈高。 2. 實習生人格特質之聰穎開放性、嚴謹自律性、外傾支配性及和善性者,與其人際關係呈顯著正相關。 3. 實習生人際關係與工作滿意度呈顯著正相關 4. 實習生人際關係在嚴謹自律性與工作滿意度之間具有完全中介效果,實習生人際關係在外傾支配性與工作滿意度之間具有部分中介效果。 【關鍵字】實習生、人格特質、人際關係、工作滿意度
In recent years, the Intern system hold by enterprise has become one of the channels to reserve a person of talent.This study definition Intern as someone once at the school (including summer and winter vacations) during the active or passive (School Course Requirements) to the workplace long-term or short-term internship, contains the current school or graduated within two years, more students in universities and research institutions (Department does not limited). This study would like to explore whether the intern’s five personality traits (Extraversion, Conscientiousness, Openness, Agreeableness, Neuroticism) will affect the job satisfaction or not, and mediating by interpersonal relationships. Finally, according to the study results, making some recommendations as a reference on the practice and academic. This study through the questionnaire and sent to intern by internet more than Taiwan's tertiary institutions for research, and finally obtained 147 valid questionnaires. The date was analyzed by questionnaires reliability and validity analysis, Independent samples T-test, One Way Anova, Correlation analysis, Regression analysis ext, results showed on the follow: 1. Interns’ personality tendency Conscientiousness and Openness , their job satisfaction will be higher. 2. Interns’ personality of Extraversion、Conscientiousness、Openness and Agreeableness has significantly positive effect on intersonal relationship. 3. Interns’ interpersonal relationships and job satisfaction is significantly positively correlated. 4. Interns’ interpersonal relationships is fully mediated between conscientiousness and job satisfaction, interns’ interpersonal relationships is only partially mediated between openness and job satisfaction.
