養生運動與音樂對高齡者智能、情緒與睡眠的影響之研究

The Impact of Elderly's Cognitive, Mood and Sleep by Qigong Exercises and Music Stimulating

摘要


本研究目的是探討傳統養生運動與音樂對高齡者智能、情緒與睡眠的影響之研究。研究對象為60-80歲高齡者共83人,經募集同意後,分成實驗組(39人)和對照組(44人)。本研究採取實驗對照與問卷調查法,實驗組必須配合包含平甩功、初級香功15個動作及聆聽醫學共振音樂持續6個月(白天以RRR126、RRR282、 RRR226音樂處方為主,晚上則以放鬆RRR931、RRR932、睡眠RRR280)為主,每週實施至少1至3次,每次30-60分鐘。研究工具為智能篩檢測驗 (CASI)與正負面情緒量表(PANAS)、睡眠困擾量表(ISI)、匹茲堡睡眠品質指標(PSQI)評估其智能、情緒與睡眠狀況。每三個月蒐集量表資料,經IBM SPSS 21版,以單因子共變數分析(one-wayANCOVA)及單因子變數分析(one-way ANOVA)處理,顯著水準訂為α=.05。結果:CASI得分達顯著差異(p<.05);PANAS、ISI、PSQI得分組別之間未達顯著差異(p>.05)。結論:傳統簡易養生功法及共振音樂介入有增加高齡者認知功能的效果。

Purpose: The study was to explore the impact of elderly's cognitive, mood and sleep by qigong exercises and music stimulating. Methods: The experimental control and questionnaires are used in this study. We recruited in a total of 83 subject, aged between sixty and eighty. And randomly divided into the experimental group EX (39) and the control group CO (44). The EX group had under the implementation of qigong exercises and medical resonance music, lasting for 30-60 minutes a day, 1-3 times a week in six months. The qigong exercises are Ping-Shuai Gong and Basic Shiang Kung (practices for more than 15 movements). The Medical Resonance Music (MRM) are RRR126, RRR226 and RRR282 in the day time; and RRR931, RRR932, RRR280 during the night. The research instruments are Cognitive Abilities Screening Instrument (CASI), Positive and Negative Affect Scales (PANAS), Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Scales assessment data were analyzed by IBM SPSS Statistics 21 version, the one-way ANCOVA and one-way ANOVA treatment, a significant level was set at α = .05. Results: The CASI scales revealed significant difference (p<.05), but PANAS, PSQI, and ISI scale scores showed no significant difference (p>.05). Conclusion: This study found that Qigong Exercises and Music Stimulating have increased cognitive function in elderly.
