教練領導行為、訓練滿意度對團隊凝聚力之影響研究~以某大學棒球選手為例

A Study on the Effect of University baseball player's Coach's Leadership Behavior on Training Satisfaction -Taking a University players for example

摘要


本研究旨在探討棒球選手知覺教練領導行為、訓練滿意度對團隊凝聚力之影響。研究對象為45 位大學棒球選手,研究工具為研究者修編之棒球選手「教練領導行為」、「訓練滿意度」與「團隊凝聚力」量表。本研究採用問卷調查法,回收之有效樣本依研究目的進行描述統計及多元逐步迴歸等統計法進行分析。研究結果發現:1.教練領導的「關懷行為」構面對於團隊凝聚力的「團體適應」、「人際親和」與「團隊合作」有顯著的正向影響關係。2.教練領導的「專制行為」)與「關懷行為」構面均對於團隊凝聚力的「人際吸引」有顯著的正向影響關係。3.「教練指導」滿意度與「訓練內容」滿意度構面均對於團隊凝聚力的「團體適應」有顯著的正向影響關係。4.「訓練內容」滿意度構面對於團隊凝聚力的「人際親和」、「團隊合作」與「人際吸引」有顯著的正向影響關係。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of university baseball coach's leadership behavior and training satisfaction on team cohesion. Research instruments included questionnaires towards coach's leadership behavior, training satisfaction and team cohesion. The sample with 45 university baseball players, in addition, descriptive statistics and multiple stepwise regression analysis were adopted in this study. The findings were concluded as the following:1.The caring behavior factor of coach's leadership behavior had a positive significant influence on the adaptation team, interpersonal affinity and teamwork factor of team cohesion.2. Both the autocratic behavior and caring behavior factor of coach's leadership behavior had a positive significant influence on the interpersonal attraction factor of team cohesion.3.The coach's leadership and training content factor of training satisfaction had a positive significant influence on the adaptation team factor of team cohesion.4. The training content factor of training satisfaction had a positive significant influence on the interpersonal affinity, teamwork and interpersonal attraction factor of team cohesion.
