棒球選手知覺教練領導行為、團隊衝突與滿意度之研究:以大專院校公開一級為例

Research on Baseball Players' Perceived Coach's Leadership Behavior, Team Conflict and Satisfaction: Taking the Open Level of Colleges and Universities as an Example

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討大專院校公開一級棒球隊選手知覺教練領導行為、團隊衝突與滿意度之差異及相關情形。採問卷調查方式進行,以知覺教練領導行為量表、團隊衝突量表及滿意度量表為研究工具,選取107學年度公開一級棒球隊共439人為研究對象,以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、Scheffe事後檢定法、皮爾森積差相關及多元逐步迴歸加以分析,結果發現:一、大專院校公開一級棒球隊選手知覺教練領導行為得分最高為「訓練與指導行為」得分最高,「權威行為」得分最低。二、大專院校公開一級棒球選手團隊衝突發生原因構面平均分數以「認知與價值觀」得分最高,「溝通與分配」得分最低。團隊衝突處置方式構面則以「妥協」得分最高,「競爭」得分最低。三、大專院校公開一級棒球隊選手在訓練滿意度之差異情形,以「教練領導與訓練內容」得分最高、其次為「個人與整體表現」。四、不同背景變項對於公開一級棒球選手知覺教練領導行為、團隊衝突與訓練滿意度,僅在學校類型達顯著相關,年級、球齡、守備位置並未有顯著不同。五、教練領導行為、團隊衝突發生原因、衝突處理方式與訓練滿意度整體相關,僅團隊衝突發生原因與選手滿意度未達到顯著相關(r=-0.023),且教練領導行為與衝突發生原因達負顯著相關(r=-.129, p<.05),亦即知覺較高教練領導行為選手,有較高滿意度產生,而較高滿意度也會有較低團隊衝突產生。六、教練領導行為、團隊衝突中最能有效預測滿意度為「教練領導行為」與「團隊衝突處理方式」,解釋量為19.8%。

The main purpose of this study is to explore the situation of the coaching leadership behavior, team conflict and satisfaction of the first-class baseball team players in colleges and universities. This study was conducted by means of questionnaire survey. The Perceived Coach Leadership Behavior Scale, Team Conflict Power Table and Satisfaction Scale were used as research tools. A total of 439 open-ended baseball teams in colleges and universities in 107 academic years were selected as research objects. Descriptive statistics, single factor analysis, independent sample t test, Scheffe post hoc test, Pearson product difference correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis, after discussion, found that: First, colleges and universities open the first-class baseball team players perception coach leadership behavior scores highest "training and guiding behavior" scores the highest, "authoritative behavior" scores the lowest. Second, colleges and universities open the first-level baseball player team conflicts, the average score of the facet is the highest score of "cognition and values", and the "communication and distribution" score is the lowest. The team conflict resolution method has the highest score for "compromise" and the lowest score for "competition". Third, college and university open class baseball players in the training satisfaction, "coach leadership and training content" scored the highest, followed by "personal and overall performance." Fourth, different background variables for the public level 1 baseball player perception coach leadership behavior, team conflict and training satisfaction, only in the school type has significant relevance, grade, age, and garrison position is significantly difference. Fifth, Overall relationship between coach leadership behavior, team conflicts, conflict handling methods and training satisfaction, only the causes of team conflicts and player satisfaction is no significant correlation ; There was a significant correlation between the occurrences (r=-0.129, p<.05), that is, the higher perceived coaches' behavioral players had higher satisfaction, while the higher satisfaction also had lower team conflicts. Sixth. The most effective predictive satisfaction in coach leadership behavior and team conflict is "coach leadership behavior" and "team conflict handling method", with an interpretation of 19.8%.
