運動績優生運動價值觀及大學就讀意願之相關研究

A Study of the Relationship between Sports Value and Study Willingness among the Elite Athletic Students of the University

摘要

近年來，由於少子化的衝擊，全國各大專院校紛紛推行各種多元入學方案，以因應學生數量減少的狀況。本研究以運動績優生為研究對象，探討運動績優生之基本背景變項與運動價值觀（個人價值、社會價值、能力價值與道德價值）及大學就讀意願（金錢面、專業訓練面、學校面及家人與同儕面）之間的差異性與影響性，共計發放100份問卷，有效回收樣本為78份。本研究結果發現，運動績優生對於大學的就讀意願，首要重視學校的訓練設施是否完善，其次為球隊教練領導風格符合需求。此外，本研究亦發現女性在「個人價值」、「道德價值」以及「家人與同儕面」的重視程度高於男性，表示女性較重視自我技能的學習、享受比賽並重視運動家精神，也容易因為家人或過去隊友之因素，選擇學校的就讀意願。而高中時並未就讀體育班之運動績優生在進入大學就讀前，未接觸到完善的運動訓練，因此對於教練、運動設施、球隊成績及運動前景性的重視程度會較高。在運動專長的部分則發現專長為游泳的運動績優生，在「個人價值」與「道德價值」的重視程度為最低；專長為桌球的運動績優生在「金錢面」以及「專業訓練面」的重視程度為最高；而專長為棒球的運動績優生則是對「學校面」以及「家人與同儕面」的重視程度最高。

In recent years, because of the decreasing birth rate, the universities implement multiple entrance programs to react the reduction in the number of students. This study takes elite athletic students of the university as the object and is aimed to explore the relationship between sports value (personal value, social value, ability value, moral value) and study willingness (money, professional training, school, family and teammate). A total of 100 questionnaires were distributed and returned valid questionnaires were 78. The results showed that the elite athletic students place great emphasis on well-equipped facilities and coaches' leadership. Besides we also found that the female elite athletic students put a higher value on personal value, moral value and family and teammate than the male elite athletic students, it means that the female elite athletic students are more focused on skill learning, conscientiousness and easy to change their study willingness depends on their family or teammate. And those who are not the elite athletic students in the senior high school hadn't had the professional training before they went to universities, put a higher value on the coach, facilities, team's grade and sports prospects. Finally, the elite athletic students who are swimming expert think the least of personal value and moral value; the elite athletic students who are the expert on table tennis think the highest of money and professional training; school, family and teammate are the most important factors for the elite athletic students who are the expert on baseball.
