Study on Health Conception、Perceived Health Status and Health Promotion Behavior of the Residents in Orchid Island

摘要

本研究目的在於探討蘭嶼地區民眾健康概念、自覺健康狀況與健康促進行為的關聯性，採用問卷調查法，以蘭嶼地區500位民眾為對象，研究工具包含：「健康概念量表」及「健康促進行為量表」。依據所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關與迴歸分析等方法進行統計分析。研究結果如下：不同背景變項在健康概念、自覺健康狀況與健康促進行為有顯著差異；健康概念對健康促進行為有顯著預測力。本研究主要結論為蘭嶼地區民眾在健康概念不足之情形十分普遍；健康概念高低對於健康促進行為之落實，有顯著影響。

The main purpose of this study was mainly to investigate the relations among health conception、perceived health status、health promotion behavior. Survey research was the primary method in which this study by a 500 Orchid Island residents. The subjects of this questionnaire include perceived Health Status Scale, Health Conception Scale and Health Promotion Behavior Scale. The data collected by above survey by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and regression analysis. Major findings of the study included: (1) different background variables have significant difference in health conception and health promotion behavior; (2) There high prediction on health conception health promotion behavior major conclusion from this research shows. That residents in Orchid Island have a poor level in health conception; health promotion behavior varies along with the levels of health conception.
