本研究之目的在於探討一、了解高雄市松上羽球館之顧客人口統計特徵分佈的情形。二、了解高雄市松上羽球館之顧客對運動中心所提供顧客滿意度之現況。三、比較不同人口統計變項對高雄市松上羽球館之顧客所提供之顧客滿意度之差異情形。研究對象是以高雄市松上羽球館219名消費者會員為實驗參與者男女不限,並填寫改編之「消費者顧客滿意度」問卷,之後將所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析、雪費氏事後比較法等統計方法加以考驗。本研究之顯著水準訂為α=.05。研究結果指出,羽球俱樂部的消費性別以會員或社會人士、女性、21-30歲及大專教育程度居多;在顧客滿意度方面,不同人口統計變項之羽球俱樂部消費者在參與動機差異上,不同身份別、不同性別、不同年齡與不同教育程度皆無顯著的不同。
The purpose of this study aims to the following: First, to investigate demographics of Kaohsiung badminton hall customers to understand the distribution situation. Secondly, to understand the current status of customers' satisfaction in which Kaohsiung Song-sun Badminton Hall sports center providing. Third, the comparison of different demographic variables on the Kaohsiung Badminton Hall customers' satisfaction about the difference between the situation provided. This study is based on 219 mixed gender consumers of Kaohsiung Song-sun Badminton Hall members participants "consumer satisfaction" questionnaire, after getting the data, and put them into descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, independent samples, Scheffe's Method to examine. The significant level in this study set at α=.05. The results indicate that the majority of consumers are club members or the socials, female, age 21-30, mostly higher education graduates. As to the customer satisfaction, there’s no significant difference of different demographic variables on Motivation, genders and education levels.
