護理管理者在推展護理資訊系統的過程中,擔負了領導變革的責任,推展資訊系統所引發的衝擊更是大幅改變了護理人員既有的工作模式,如何有效將舊有工作模式成功轉化為新的工作型態,並達成國家電子病歷的目標成為護理管理者的挑戰。本文以組織變革的觀點出發,將推展護理資訊系統視為組織變革,提出護理管理者在變革過程中應注意人員感受,以減少人員抗拒;同時將護理標準語言視為當代的護理資訊趨勢,資訊化的最終願景在於跨院區的訊息傳遞。最後,說明Kotter的八階段變革理論於推展護理資訊系統的應用,期能提供護理實務管理者在推動護理資訊系統時之參考。
Nurse Managers play the leading role while an organization is undertaking the building of a nursing information system. The heavy impact of system implementation would change nurses' existing working practices. Therefore, successfully transforming existing documentation practices into new information documentation and storage systems, and gradually achieving the government's goal of implementing Taiwan Electronic Medical Record Templates (TMT) indeed challenges nurse managers. From the perspective of organization change, two critical tasks were proposed in the article for nurse managers while leading system implementation. They involve carefully analyzing resistance factors and anticipating nursing standard language as to future trends. Finally, Kotter's 8-stage change process is applied to guide Nursing Information System (NIS) implementation. It is hoped that this study could offer nurse leaders a reference with NIS implementation.
