摘要

本文敘述一位開放性肺結核病患，在負壓隔離病房治療之護理經驗，自2010年6月10日起至2010年6月23日止，筆者運用Gordon十一項健康功能評估為工具，藉由傾聽、觀察、會談、理學檢查及身體評估等方式搜集資料，確定主要的健康問題有：體溫過高、食慾不振噁心感、焦慮及社交隔離。筆者經專業的觀察、建立良好的治療關係，以有效的溝通鼓勵病患表達感受，以個別性、持續性的護理，予以處理發燒及藥物副作用所帶來的不適，並予心理支持緩解因對結核病知識認知不足產生的焦慮問題，以及需要接受隔離治療所面臨的壓力，在照護過程中家屬與醫護人員的支持及鼓勵，終使得病患勇敢面對疾病，可配合住院隔離期間之治療，並於返家後持續完成六個月的治療。

This text describes the nursing experience of a patient with pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) in an isolation ward from June 10, 2010 to June 23, 2010. The author used Gordon's 11 functional health patterns to collect information by listening, observation, communication, and physical examination, which confirmed the patient's main issues were fever, poor appetite nausea, anxiety, and social isolation. The author helped this TB patient through his expertise in angle of view to cope with troublesome issues by means of establishing good patient-care giver relationship, encouraging the patient to express his feeling through well-established communication, and providing individualized and continuous nursing care to deal with issues following discomfort owing to fever or adverse effect, anxiety originated from not understanding TB, and stress due to isolation care. Together with support and encouragement from family and medical care personnel, the author attempted to help the patient embrace his/her illness with full cooperation for isolation care and further OPD medication follow-up lasting 6 months.
