摘要
現今全球提倡病人自主權且在病人意識抬頭下，臨床醫療工作者在決策過程中，不再以醫師做臨床決策及治療之中心，反以尊重決策者之意願為主，但在現今的醫療決策選項多元下，往往引起決策者在決策過程中有衝突產生，而使決策者產生一連串生、心、靈的負向反應。在現今國內文獻大多針對決策共享或決策技巧上探討與琢磨，對於決策衝突議題鮮少探討，尚無針對此議題做整合性了解及運用，故本文希望藉由文獻搜尋統整決策衝突之定義、理論架構、並介紹決策衝突量表(Decision Conflict Scale, DCS)、處理策略及成效，提供臨床醫護人員相關實證以面對醫療決策時實務運用之參考。

Because of raising the awareness of patient autonomy, physicians are not the key person to make clinical decisions as well as respect the wishes of patients or other decision-makers. There are a wide variety of medical treatments available, and decision makers have often caused conflicts in the decision-making process, resulting in a series of negative reactions on health, psychological parameters and the spirit. In most of the literature on shared decision-making or decision-making skills, decision conflict issues have rarely been discussed, integrated and applied to this topic in practice. This article will conduct and organize literature to define the concept, address a theoretical framework of decision conflict, and provide a decision-making conflict scale and management support for effectiveness as a reference to health professionals when they face the process of medical decision-making.
