應用Mintzberg的十個角色理論探討管理能力的提昇
Improvement of Manager's Competency by Using Mintzberg's Ten Role Model Theory
摘要
由於經濟、社會文化、醫療科技的進步，使得醫療環境正快速的變遷，護理管理者之任務、責任與角色功能更形複雜，而護理管理者扮演一個非常重要的管理者角色，因其將影響著一個醫療組織的成功與否。國內外學者也認為管理績效之優劣取決於管理者之能力而非個人特質。因此管理者是否具備管理技能益發顯得重要。本文介紹管理能力之內涵，護理管理者之角色與意義、Mintzberg之管理者十個角色理論、以及如何提昇管理能力，以成就一位卓越的領導者。

The medical environment has changed rapidly, due improvements in economics, social culture, and medical technology The nursing manager's authority, responsibility and role function have become complex in the hospital. Nursing managers play a critical management role because they can influence the health care organization's success. Scholars all over the world believe good or bad managerial performance depends on the manager's competency, and not his or her characteristics. So, whether a manager possesses capable management skills or not is very important. This article introduce the implications of nursing mangagerial competency, the nursing manager's role, Mintzberg Ten Role Model Theory, how to improve nursing manager competency, and how to become an excellent leader.
