摘要

本研究目的爲建構影響發展護理計劃系統之量表與探討某醫學中心發展護理計劃系統之困難。研究分兩階段進行。階段一是透過文獻探討及三次專家會議建立問卷之項目。階段二是以某醫學中心爲個案，藉由其發展護理計劃系統之經驗，針對實際參與之護理及資訊部門主管與相關人員，採用問卷與實地訪談收集資料。共發放56份問卷，回收50份，有效回收率爲89.2%。採用因素分析法與專家會議，以確立量表之建構效度。並以此量表作爲訪談之依據，了解該院發展護理計劃系統之困難。研究發現：發展護理計劃系統之困難中，最高的是護理計劃系統所需知識庫建置，依序爲護理計劃系統發展需整合不同來源之資料、持續滿足使用者不同的資訊需求與評估發展護理計劃系統所需的相關成本。

The purposes of this study was to develop an instrument to measure implementing a Nursing Care Plan System (NCPS) and to rank the difficulty during the adoption of NCPS. The study was conducted into two phases. In phase one, the questionnaire was developed and validated by literature reviews and three rounds of expert panels. In phase two, a case study was conducted in a medical center located in southern Taiwan. Subjects were composed of the staff and directors of nursing and information management departments. A total of 56 copies of questionnaire were sent out with 50 returned. The response rate was 89.2%. The Principal Component technique was used to validate the instrument. Then, the validated instrument was used as a basis for the interviewing whose results revealed the difficulty orders in developing NCPS, as database build-up, integrating knowledge from different resources, sustaining the satisfaction of different users for different information requests, and evaluating the related costs for the implementation of the system.
