Anxiety is an emotional status existed in everybody. It is an important issue when people experience anxious status, and how to manage it in an appropriate way. The clinical nurse professional's common goal is to help the patient in the face of dealing with anxious emotions, and then resume being best and healthy. Following the concept analysis framework of Walker and Avant, target development of the defined characteristics of anxiety should focus on four distinct sets of indicators. This paper hopes that nursing professionals can precisely apply the information from this concept analysis of anxiety as they provide nursing care for patients.
