反思寫作在護理上之應用:以反思實習日誌為例

Reflective Writing Application in Nursing-An Example of Reflective Journal Writing

摘要


反思可增進個人的批判性思考,反思能力的培養被視為護理教育重要議題之一。反思能力可藉由進行反思寫作而達成;而反思日誌是常見的一種反思寫作方法。本文主要目的為闡明反思的定義和歷程,以及反思日誌的書寫方式,最後以某大學護理系基本護理學的實習日誌作業為例,說明教師如何指導學生書寫實習反思日誌。經由反思實習日誌的書寫,學生增進其自我察覺能力、臨床問題解決能力與批判性思考。(志為護理,2012;11:1,66-71)

Reflection is regarded as an imperative issue in nursing education as reflection can improve the ability of critical thinking in students. Reflective writing is a strategy to attain reflection. Clinical journal writing is the most common method of reflective writing. This article aimed to elucidate the definition and the process of reflection, as well as the methods of reflective journal writing in practicum. The authors illustrated how to guide students in reflective journaling as a teacher by exemplifying with a reflective journal assignment which had been implemented in the course of fundamental nursing practicum of a university. Through the reflective journal writing, students improved their self-awareness, problem solving ability, and critical thinking. (Tzu Chi Nursing Journal, 2012; 11:1, 66-71)
