照顧一位急性淋巴性白血病復發病童之護理經驗

A Nursing Experience of a Child with Recurrent Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

摘要


本文描述一位罹患急性淋巴性白血病女童復發後再次接受化學治療之護理經驗,筆者於2010年4月5日至24日住院期間,藉由觀察、會談、身體檢查、連續性照顧、病歷查閱及與醫療團隊討論方式收集資料,運用Gordon十一項健康功能評估發現個案有體溫過高、潛在危險性損傷、口腔黏膜改變以及身體心像改變之護理問題,運用陪伴、傾聽、圖畫投射遊戲等建立治療性護病關係,透過多次衛教,給予正確知識、提供情緒支持,協助復發後病童及家屬面對身、心、靈及社會等各方面的問題。

This article described a nursing experience of a child who was readmitted to hospital for recurrence of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. The authors collected data by observations, interviews, systematic review, medical records and medical team discussion from April 5th to 24th, 2010. Gordon's 11 Functional Health Patterns were applied and several nursing issues were identified, such as fever, potential risk of injury, oral ulcer and body image disturbance. Communication skill such as listening, accompanying and drawing were applied as nursing strategies to foster a therapeutic nurse-patient relationship. Furthermore, numerous health education, accurate information and emotional support were provided to aid the patient and the family in facing issues in physical, psychological, spiritual and social aspect.
