摘要

築巢擺位是促進早產兒神經運動正常發展的重要發展性照護措施，為新生兒加護病房常規護理工作項目，本專案旨在推動護理人員正確執行早產兒築巢擺位，提昇新生兒加護病房早產兒築巢擺位正確率，專案於2008年4月1日至2009年2月28日進行，專案對策包括：（1）護理人員共同閱讀築巢擺位資料，（2）種子人員於案例討論中指導並分享築巢擺位之照護技巧，（3）製作早產兒築巢擺位之標準技術流程，（4）錄製動態示範影片提供學習資源，（5）稽核護理人員築巢擺位技術。經專案改善後，單位早產兒築巢擺位正確率由66.4%提升至96.97%，護理人員築巢擺位概念測試成績90分以上由30%提升至72%。本專案透過對護理人員築巢擺位知識的再教育，提昇早產兒照護品質，希望能供臨床早產兒照護之參考。

Background: Nesting and positioning is an important intervention of promoting development of normal neuromotor in premature infants and a routine nursing procedure in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Purpose: The purpose of this project was to improve the nursing staff's correct execution in nesting and positioning for premature infant and to improve the rate of correctness. Resolution: This project was implemented from April, 2008 to February, 2009, strategies included: encourage joint study of nesting and positioning articles among nursing staffs, seed personnel share experiences of nesting and positioning skills at case conferences, set up standard technical procedure, record demonstration video to provide learning resources, inspect nesting and positioning knowledge and skills among nurses. Result: The correction rate in nesting and positioning of prematurity increased from 66.4% to 96.7% and nursing staffs with score over 90 also increased from 30% to 72%. Conclusion: The project had improved the nursing quality of premature Infant through nursing staff re-education on nesting and positioning. We hope it can serve as a reference for future clinical prematurity care.
