運用治療性遊戲於類思覺失調症青少年社交互動障礙之照護經驗

Application of Play Therapy to Ameliorate Social Interaction Disturbance in a Teenager with Schizophreniform Disorder

摘要


本文呈現運用治療性遊戲與一位類思覺失調症青少年建立治療性關係並改善其社交互動障礙之照護經驗。護理期間為2018年4月10日至4月30日,運用觀察、會談及五層面整體性護理評估方式收集資料,確立個案有社交互動障礙、感覺與知覺紊亂、焦慮、思考過程紊亂四個健康問題。筆者使用個案所喜歡的布偶、漫畫與個案互動,建立信任關係,使個案能在遊戲互動中學習因應並克服社交互動困難及症狀困擾。希望藉此經驗分享,未來護理人員在照顧類似個案時,能運用布偶、漫畫輔助元素於會談中,以多元互動之會談方式達成提升個案社交互動效能的目標。

We report the case of a teenaged girl with schizophreniform disorder and present our nursing experience of using play therapy to establish therapeutic relationships with her and ameliorate her social interaction disturbances. During the period of care, data were collected from April 10 to April 30, 2018, using observation, interviews, and a holistic five-dimension assessment. The following five health issues were identified: social interaction disturbances, sensory and perceptual disturbances, anxiety, and thought process disturbances. We used puppets, comics, and interactions to build trust relationships. Through this process, the patient learned how to respond to and overcome social interaction difficulties and symptom disturbances during interactions. This nursing experience can serve as a future reference for nursing colleagues in caring for similar patients. The puppet and comic-aid elements can be used in relationships to increase the diversity of interactions and thus enhance the effectiveness with which patients engage in social interactions.
