照顧一位肺腺癌個案接受免疫治療引發相關皮膚副作用之護理經驗

本文為描述一位肺腺癌個案因接受免疫治療引發皮膚相關副作用的照護經驗。於2021/3/15-5/3照護期間，以Gordon十一項健康功能性評估，確立有皮膚完整性受損、自我照顧能力不足及身體心像紊亂等健康問題。於護理過程建立治療性關係，教導傷口換藥、自我照顧技巧及提供疾病照顧資訊，整合個管師、傷造師、整外醫師及復健師跨團隊合作，幫助重建信心與增進自我照顧能力，並以正向態度因應疾病與治療階段。

This article is about the skin-related symptoms of a lung adenocarcinoma cancer patient who received treatment after receiving treatment. From March 15, 2021 to May 3, 2021, based on the Gordon 11 health functional assessment system, we establish that the patient has health problems, such as impaired skin integrity, lack of self-care ability, and body image disturbance. Therefore, by establishing a well good professional relationship, we taught the patient wound dressing, self-care skills, and provided disease care information, while This was achieved through integrating a multi-disciplinary team, which included case managers, wound care nurses, plastic surgeons, and physical therapists to help the patient rebuild confidence, learn self-care skills, and maintain a positive attitude towards his illness and throughout his treatment.
