性別權力與知識建構：《親職教育》教科書的論述分析

摘要

「親職教育」的課程在台灣各大專院校相關科系與高職的幼保（科）科系是常見的一門課，相關的教科書也出版了不少，本文所檢視的這一本《親職教育》教科書，可以說是國內最早出版的一本長銷型教科書，使用過此書的學生，與閱讀過此書的現職幼保、幼教、社教或是家庭教育相關專業工作人員為數不少，其所造成的實質影響雖難估計，但作為一本教科書，在形塑一般人的親職教育基本觀念與認知效果上，佔據了「先入為主」的有利位置，讓人以為其所傳遞的「知識」是唯一「真理」。研究者從女性主義的觀點來檢視此本《親職教育》教科書，發現其內容根本就是在傳遞與教導父權意識形態主導的親職角色觀念，其中的論見太拘泥於傳統的生理性別區分與性別角色分工，以致忽略了社會文化之變異性，也排除了權力與資源分配所造成的影響，故生產出來的知識相當去政治化（depoliticized），且是性別盲（gender-blind）的。
本文共分三點來呈現這一本《親職教育》教科書的檢視結果：（一）問題矯正取向的專家建言。（二）「常覺男女有別」的刻板性別角色以及（三）父母與子女之間的主客體關係。最後以女性主義知識革命與派典轉換（paradigm shift）的期許，申論發展女性主義親職教育論述的重要性，氏藉由本文的初步檢視成果開始挑戰「男性主導」的親職教育知識論述，讓性別平權親職育論述更加發展而成為性別解放的資源。

This article is an attempt at examining the textbook of Parenthood Education from feminist perspectives. The researcher explores a widely used textbook and finds that these experts’ advices are depoliticized discourses and gender-blind.
The discourse on how to become good parents contains a persistent concerning the legitimacy of an ideal patriarchal family type, i.e. the family pattern with a male breadwinner and a female homemaker. The author of this textbook reaffirms stereotyped gender division of labor is the ideal parenting style and depicts career women as the cause of social problems. By examining the textbook sentence by sentence, the paper also discursively analyzes the discourse of parenthood education as gendered knowledge construct and points out the limitation of its embedded patriarchal ideology.
