電刺激神門、少海其體穴、手穴阻抗及心率變異度之變化

An evaluation of acupoints and hand acupoints by stimulating Shen-Men and Shao-Hai with low frequency TENS

摘要


本實驗利用電刺激(80 mA、2Hz)的方式刺激心經之神門、少海穴位,觀察其良導絡及手穴阻抗的變化,並且利用心電圖記錄受測者穴位經刺激後心率變異度變化的情形。本實驗分兩階段;第一階段先請受測者休息10分鐘,之後取心電訊號5分鐘,請受測者電刺激神門、少海穴15分鐘,刺激完我們取5分鐘的心電訊號再請受測者休息5分鐘,取最後一次心電訊號;第二階段利用穴位阻抗量測儀量測受測者穴位的值,再予以電刺激神門、少海穴15分鐘,在刺激後會量取各點的值,並且在刺激後5分鐘以及10分鐘的時候以穴位阻抗量測儀取值。實驗發現,在我們電刺激左手過後,左邊之神門、少海及手穴腎的阻抗值在統計上皆有明顯的差異(P<0.05),而在過了5分鐘後,太谿、手穴腎、以及腎點之阻抗值皆有統計上的上升;在右邊的數值方面,在刺激後5分鐘發現,太谿在阻抗值方面有統計上的上升,而在10分鐘的時候發現太谿仍然有變化。再者,心率變異度在低頻電刺激後,在低頻功率面積上也有明顯之變化情形。

In this study, TENS was used to stimulate two acupoints (Shen-Men and Shao-Hai). A skin conductance device (Bio-doctor) was used to record. The impedance on these acupoints, and electrocardiogram (ECG) was also recorded. The change of the impedance and the heart rate variability were then determined. This study was divided into two stages. In the first stage, ECG was recorded, and Bio-doctor was used to measure in the second stage. Both of the subjects in these two stages were stimulated by TENS. In the results, we found that the impedance of the acupoints on heart meridian was decreased after the stimulation, and the impedance of the acupoints about kidney was increased. Moreover, we found that the low frequency band on MRV was increased after the Low Frequency Electrical Stimulation (LFES) applied on Shen-Men and Shao-Hai.
